The idea is to host one webinar per quarter, and that each of POYWEs members will be responsible for the content of one webinar. Youth Work Norway will help with the organization.
The goal is to share the knowledge we hold within POYWE, and give youth workers and other relevant actors a competency lift. It is also a goal to share experiences and best practices.
POYWE Exchange – A webinar series fostering shared learning and dialogue.
Hosted digitally. 1.5 hours in total, to be held during the work day, 2 pm – 3.30 pm.
Suggested time usage: 5 minutes about POYWE, 45 minutes introduction about the topic, 10 minute break, 25 minutes interactive session/questions for the speakers, 5 minutes to round up.
Youth Work Norway will help with the organisation and promotion, and the responsible organisation is in charge of inviting speakers and planning the program for the webinar.
Youth Work Norway will hold the introduction about POYWE at the beginning of the webinar, while the organisation in charge of the webinar will facilitate the speakers and the discussion.
